Partners include foundations, state and municipal agencies, housing authorities, healthcare organizations, employers, banks, nonprofits, and media — among them ARMI/BioFabUSA, WMUR, The Moore Center, the New Hampshire Bankers Association, Elliot Hospital, the Currier Museum of Art, and the Diocese of Manchester.

Leads exploration of mission-aligned housing on College-owned land: parcel identification, advisory subcommittee, zoning and infrastructure analysis, civil engineering review, conceptual layouts, pro formas, financing analysis, and developer selection.

AI Partnerships Task Force

Convened and led a cross-sector task force to assess workforce-facing AI trends and recommend partnership-enabled strategies for student readiness, aligned with the College's liberal arts mission and Benedictine values.

Manchester School District & Stay Work Play partnerships

Supported a district partnership to expand college access for Manchester students and strengthen the district workforce, and launched an on-campus pilot with Stay Work Play New Hampshire connecting students to careers and long-term opportunity in the state.

Public programs at the Center for Ethics in Society

High School Ethics Circles and the Goodchild Regional Ethics Bowl, drawing students from more than 20 high schools; Ethics in Our World community discussions in Manchester on predictive policing, voting, housing, immigration, and civic responsibility; the Ethics of Business, Trade, and Global Governance conference; the Arches educational travel program; and programming on the ethics of AI and robotics, nonprofit governance, and student research.

Saint Anselm – Radboud University Nijmegen collaboration

Spearheaded an international collaboration with the Faculty of Philosophy, Theology and Religious Studies at Radboud University in the Netherlands — beginning with reciprocal faculty exchanges and visiting lectureships, later expanding to Theology, student engagement, faculty-led study abroad, and online ethics discussions between the two student bodies.

Learning Liberty / Education for Liberty and the Liberal Arts

Co-directed a campus-wide civic and liberal arts initiative supported by a U.S. Department of Education grant, connecting curriculum, pedagogy, campus life, and student voice through study circles, faculty seminars, pedagogy workshops, student conferences, residential learning communities, and the Mind Over Major conferences. The College's Center for Teaching Excellence was a lasting result.

Founded a 501(c)(3) serving refugee, immigrant, and underserved youth in Manchester; served as President for eight years and now chairs the board. Inti supports year-round programming in soccer, studio art, English-language instruction, and STEAM education, reaching more than 150 children daily.

Co-Founder and Partner, North Atlantic Futsal, LLC

Parent organization of Brazilian Art Soccer and FutsalNH, now among northern New England's largest independent soccer camp and league-play providers, serving more than 3,000 families a year.
